These are beautiful netted lace doilies and in great condition. They were hand made from tiny cotton thread. Mostly used for putting under a crystal glass at the table (like a coaster), they are also nice to use between a cup and saucer, or under a sherbert or ice cream sundae glass. Each one measures 4 3/8" wide. These could be sewn as an inset into new, fine linens, or used as the back of a lace baby's cap or bonnet (similar to Normandy lace items).
